| The requirement of the client was to have a feature rich ecommerce platform to support client’s business model primarily focusing on B2C solutions. One of the main requirements of the client is to provide a comprehensive online shopping platform for the online users. The client also requires Customer Relationship Management system as an additional module to service his customers in an easy and secure manner. |

ANM customized the various modules for the web front-end and also developed new functionalities on the top of the existing solutions. A feature rich CRM system is developed as a separate module for the client with lead management, Case management as major sub modules. This CRM module is integrated with the other modules of the system like front end, OMS and Administrative module so that the information and control flow is done in a smooth manner between them. |
