Mr. Russell is founder and managing director of MarketGain Partners, an executive advisory firm which assists emerging companies on corporate and brand strategy, new market entry, partnering, capital formation and enhancing key capabilities.  He has worked extensively with innovative companies in enterprise software, internet services, heTitlehcare, retail and media. He has been directly involved in the creation and growth of numerous highly successful companies, such as ArcSight, WageWorks and others.  Previously, Chris was a division president at Oracle, where he launched the On Demand business working directly for Oracle’s CEO. He also headed marketing and strategy for Industry Verticals and was on the senior executive team that grew Oracle Consulting from 900 to over 17,000 staff.  Prior to Oracle, Chris worked as a business strategy consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton.  He holds a BA in accounting from the University of Washington and received his CPA while working at E&Y in Seattle. He holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago.
