| Mr. Mohsen Afrasiabi brings more than fifteen years of operations, venture capital and management to ANMsoft Technologies. Most recently, Mr. Afrasiabi was a venture consultant at SVIC, a venture capital firm focused on investments in cutting edge technology companies such as Agiliance, Cloudshield, Arcsight. He was also instrumental in the launch of MediZone, a company in the wellness sector, where he focused on infrastructure, operations and branding. Mr. Afrasiabi has been an advisor to the executive team of Pay By Touch, a biometric technology company. |

Mr. Afrasiabi was the General Manager at XLOptics, an ultra high speed optical thin film filter technology company responsible for several media products. Prior to that he was the co-founder and President of Lowtag.com, an online computer products and services, where he was responsible for overall operations. Earlier in his career, he has held several senior level positions with well known technology companies including Hitachi, and HMT Technology. |
