Mr. Royston has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance at both private and public technology-related companies. As a corporate financial consultant for the past seven years, he has worked closely with the executive management of several San Francisco Bay Area companies to help them build a solid bridge between vision and execution. Royston’s strategic financial consulting and financial modeling skills have helped his clients raise a total of over $300 million in equity capital.
Prior to consulting, Royston directed the corporate finance group for USWeb as it grew from a small private company to the largest internet-based professional services company in the world, with a public company market capitalization of over $2.5 billion. Prior to USWeb, Royston held financial management positions at Madge Networks, PMC-Sierra and Samsung Semiconductor.
Mr. Royston received his B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University and his MBA from Santa Clara University. |
