An experienced dedicated offshore software development team with strong J2EE technology background and banking domain expertise was put in place at ANM development centre in Mumbai.  The team led by an account manager included Architect, Team Leads, and Software developers along with manual, automated and load testers.

To ensure knowledge transfer and smooth requirement gathering ANM architect spend 8 weeks with multiple teams in client location.

Centralized CVS (Concurrent Versioning System) and Bug tracking was used to enforce ensure team co-ordination. Project processes and communication protocols were clearly established, documented and implemented.
