To expand in the European and African markets, the client required migration of its current client based banking application to a new generation browser based application based on J2EE technology for which a competent Java technology team was required to work offsite and onsite in UK. |

The onsite team worked with the client’s architect to ensure complete knowledge transfer and the development of certain key modules. Development and project processes specified by the client were adopted. |

VPN over internet was established between client development location in UK and ANM offshore development centre in Mumbai. Centralized CVS (Concurrent Versioning System) and Bug tracking was used to ensure offshore and onsite team work in close co-ordination. Project processes and communication protocols were established, documented and implemented. |

ANM was instrumental in aiding the client in curtailing software development cost by taking ownership of few key modules of the enterprise banking system. ANM also contributed towards certain areas of the product architecture based on our strong J2EE technology expertise. End result was a successful roll out of the application within the agreed time frame. |
