The following is an overview of ANM's implementation methodology, phases and the threads that will be used for this project. This methodology has been developed based on our years of experience and it has been implemented as part of our internal Quality System.
The methodology has been divided into numerous phases, which account for phases of the project through time, as follows:

- Configuration Management
- Development
- Generation Of Test Scripts
- Installation including Training
- User Acceptance
- Rollout (Going Live)
Across all phases there are activities and deliverables that cross the project threads. Each thread represents a group of activities related by topic. There are five threads for this methodology:
