Our HR will screen the applications on the basis of information provided in resumes and applications. If deemed qualified, our HR calls the candidate and initiates the interview process.
Pre-screening of candidates is done on the basis of Aptitude Assessment test where a candidate is evaluated on his/her General reasoning, Communication, and Logical abilities.
In this round, our leads try to ascertain & determine who would be best among the applied candidates based on their subject knowledge. Also Project lead/manager tries to gauge if the candidate is a good fit for the organization.
Once the candidate has cleared Aptitude assessment round and Technical interview, HR discussion about salary and work place ethics takes place. Once the candidate is narrowed down to our first choice, a job offer letter is offered to the selected candidate.
Once the candidate is accepted, HR begins the onboarding process of the candidate - completing the necessary paperwork and assigning the candidate on the project.
